Tiffany Chen is a highly skilled Technical Architect at IBM Blockchain, with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field. She is a full-stack application developer with a focus on distributed ledger technologies in the blockchain space, and has a proven track record of delivering enterprise blockchain applications across technical stacks and industry domains. Tiffany is a lead technical architect who builds and leads empowered, self-organized teams through agile coaching and enablement. Currently, Tiffany is responsible for managing project teams and leading the design and implementation of blockchain applications across industries.
