With over 17 years of relevant experience, Tim has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and drive growth. Prior to his current role, Tim served as the Head of Data Science / AI Products and Head of Smart Software Solutions at Flow-Ethical Credit Management, where he was responsible for transforming the business of unsecured consumer finance through AI technologies and ethical practices in the APAC region. He played a key role in creating personalized, digital-first experiences that helped consumers overcome their financial difficulties, resulting in remarkable recovery rates for top financial institutions and supporting over 2.8 million consumers to date. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Computing degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, which he earned in 2005.
