Tisha is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap of the products, defining requirements, and helping teams plan in an agile environment setting. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Tisha has also worked as a Software Engineer, responsible for the overall delivery of the project including requirements gathering, planning, estimating, tracking, and execution of various web applications on various client/server and web-based software applications. She has a strong technical background in programming languages like Python, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and databases like MySQL, Oracle 10g, and SQL Server. Tisha is proficient in using project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, MS Office, Lucid Chart, and Balsamiq, as well as tools like HP Quality Center, Application Lifecycle Management, and Tableau. She has also received certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB). Tisha has a Master's degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology. She also holds a Master of Science degree from The University of Texas and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gujarat University.
