Tony Thomas is a Senior Backend Developer at Keyflow, where he is responsible for securing and reacting to day-to-day challenges of running a production infrastructure that handles transactions worth up to xxx K SEK on a single day. He participates in the development and release process of Keyflow's products, maintains the ticketing and revenue generating sides of the application, and engages and shapes product discussions. Tony also helps with tech recruitments and works with marketing, finance, and sales teams with requirements. Tony has over 5 years of relevant experience in backend, software engineering, infrastructure, web, Python, frontend, P2P, product management, MongoDB, mobile, research, and search. He completed his Masters in Internet Technologies and Architecture from T U Berlin and KTH Sweden in 2018 and his Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita University, India in 2016. Tony loves working with open-source projects and used to be an active volunteer and code contributor to a couple of them. Tony believes in building less software and releasing small and often. He prioritizes these three things in his work: Build less software, release small and often, and prioritize. Tony has worked as a Python Backend Developer at Keyflow and 3YOURMIND, where he developed RESTful APIs and infrastructure, maintained tools and technologies for automating and scaling up systems, and wrote reusable, testable, and efficient code. Tony's education history includes a Masters of Communication System Design and Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Internet Technologies and Architecture from Technische Universität Berlin, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Amrita University. He also completed a summer program in Cyber Security from Tel Aviv University.
