Toshi Prakash is a highly experienced product leader with over 16 years of experience in building and scaling both consumer and enterprise products. With a background in engineering, Toshi has worked as a software development lead for 10 years before transitioning to product management. He has built large-scale enterprise-level products and B2C apps from scratch, handling every aspect of the life-cycle from idea to release, growth, and demise. Currently, Toshi heads products at xto10x, where he is rethinking what People tools at Startups should be like. He has previously led Product at Locus, which uses AI and ML to optimize the supply-chain logistics of enterprises. Toshi has also worked at Freshmenu and Nestaway to build and scale their products. In the past, he has led product and development teams for large enterprises like Goldman Sachs, RBS, and Lehman Brothers. Toshi is passionate about sustainable and scalable product-led growth, intuitive user-experience, and applying AI and ML techniques to solve real-world problems. He has experience in product vision, strategy, and roadmap definition for a suite of SaaS products, estimating, planning, and delivering multi-year roadmaps with outsized revenue outcomes, designing productive user-experiences, wire-framing concepts, and building business cases for innovative solutions. Toshi also has deep knowledge of the logistics sector and building product suite in the B2B space, optimizing consumer products for SEO/SEM, reducing digital marketing costs, building large-scale payment systems, and leading large teams. Outside of work, Toshi enjoys painting, yoga, and reading. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IET and has attended St. John's School. Toshi's tech stack includes product management, AI, ML, software engineering, and senior software engineering. Currently, Toshi is the Director of Product Management at Walmart and has held previous positions as GM and Head of Products at xto10x and VP Product at Locus.
