Trapti Jain is a highly experienced Solution Architect in the Telecom Domain with over 11 years of experience in OSS/BSS. She is currently working as a Senior Solution Integrator in Network Inventory Management at Ericsson Global, where she is responsible for working on the upgrade to Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI) from Granite 8.1. Trapti has a strong technical background, with expertise in Telcordia Granite Network Inventory Management (OSS) and Ericsson Adaptive Inventory, as well as custom components developed in Java/Oracle. She has experience in end-to-end installation of EAI and Discovery applications in Network Inventory Management and has a good knowledge of all interfaces for Network Inventory Management. Trapti has also worked on Interconnect Billing in the BSS domain. Trapti’s technical skills include Java, Jenkins, SQL, DevOps, Spring, Web, and Software Engineering.
