Trijya Saini is a talented professional with a passion for talent management and culture development. With over 2 years of experience in the banking industry, Trijya has honed her skills in talent sourcing and selection. She is currently working as a Manager of Talent Management and Culture at IDFC FIRST Bank, where she is responsible for creating a positive work environment and identifying and developing top talent. Trijya began her career with ICICI Bank, where she worked as a Talent Sourcing Manager. During her time there, she analyzed the present sourcing and selection process and identified key parameters that can be used to score and rank a profile. She also proposed AI and ML interventions that can be done at various levels to make the selection process more efficient and effective. Trijya designed and developed the CV scoring model along with the BIU team using hiring patterns and validated it for BM and DBM roles. Trijya holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where she studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the College of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar, where she studied from 2012 to 2016. Trijya also attended St. Mary's Sr. Sec. School in Jwalapur, Haridwar, from 1997 to 2012. Trijya is skilled in AI, ML, and computer vision, which she uses to develop innovative solutions for talent management and culture development.
