Trishala Bhasin is a highly skilled software developer with a passion for data science. With over 2 years of relevant experience, she has become fluent in various Python frameworks and Javascript. Trishala is also an HCI researcher who has extensively studied qualitative and quantitative data analytics during her Master's degree. Currently, Trishala works as a Full-stack Developer at Semios, where she specializes in React and React Native. In the past, she has worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Victoria, where she pursued her Master's degree. During this time, she studied subjects such as Data Mining, Cyber Physical Systems, Information Visualization, and Data Modeling. Trishala also worked on her research in the area of understanding barriers that students face in participation in open software communities. She used Python libraries for data analysis, D3, React, MySQL, and Tableau to conduct her research. Trishala has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Victoria, where she helped students understand the concepts of project definition, CASE tools, data gathering, structured analysis and design, man-machine interface, database design, system controls, hardware selection, and system testing, implementation, and operation. She evaluated student progress and provided them with feedback on their work. Trishala holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from the HMR Institute of Technology & Management. She also has a High School Diploma from Salwan Public School in India, where she studied Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Trishala's tech stack includes Software Engineering, AWS, Backend, Javascript, Data Science, Research Science, Python, Frontend, React Native, Django, and testing. She is a highly motivated individual who is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
