Trishala Suryavanshi is a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist with a passion for making data-driven decisions. She holds a Master of Science degree in Data Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has hands-on experience in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, AWS, MapReduce, and Machine learning algorithms including Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Tree, Random Forest, GradientBoosting, XGBoost, KMeans, Clustering, KNN, PCA in both R and Python languages. Her applied statistics knowledge has enabled her to undertake research projects in deep learning using RNN and CNN in stock prediction. Trishala has completed her Master's project in Stock Pattern Recognition and Image classification using CNN. She has also done a Data Scientist co-op at Teradata San Diego, CA, where she worked on Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Python, and Teradata Transcend, which is a high-performance analytical database. She has immense exposure to enterprise-level data to track the different User interactions with the Company website. Currently, Trishala is working on implementing a Collaborative filtering recommender system using the ALS algorithm with an implicit feedback dataset under her independent study project. She is also an active blogger on Medium, where she writes about Data Analysis and Mining. Trishala is a good team player and a quick learner. She has excellent communication skills and is keen to work with data. Her technical skills include Python, R, Machine learning, Statistics, Hadoop, Deep Learning, Data mining, Web Mining, Data Analytics, Power BI, Recommendation Systems, and Web Analytics. Apart from her academic achievements, Trishala is a certified Kathak classical dancer and enjoys exploring nature and hiking. She has completed her under graduation in Computer Science and Engineering and another Master's in Network Management in India. Trishala's past experiences include working as Club Secretary and President of the Data Science Club at NJIT, where she organized various Machine Learning project events and Mid-term and Final-term sessions for Machine Learning and Deep Learning courses.
