Trunapushpa Surkar is a highly skilled software engineer with a background in computer science. Currently, Trunapushpa is working as a Software Engineer at harness, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems. During her time at observeai, Trunapushpa worked on a real-time project that involved six services, which handled VoIP messages, audio, converting them to text transcripts, and providing assistance in real-time. Her tech stack expertise includes Java (Spring), NodeJS, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS. She was responsible for building two of these services from scratch, bug fixes, and feature implementations in all the components and was involved in the system design as well. Trunapushpa also worked on a data-out project that was responsible for migrating the online data in MongoDB to Snowflake data warehouse, keeping the offline data in sync using messaging queues. Before joining harness, Trunapushpa worked as a Software Engineer at LinkedIn, where she worked in the Account Management Team and improved upon some features in account data export and deletion pipelines. Trunapushpa has a Bachelor of Technology - BTech (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), where she graduated in 2020.
