Trupti Shirodkar is a Product Design Leader with over 8 years of experience in design and startups. Currently, she is the Lead Designer in a Venture Team based in Vancouver, where she collaborates with a cross-functional team of 11 to build a video-based product. Trupti is passionate about helping people humanize their online interactions and creating products that impact one person every day. Trupti has hands-on experience with SaaS, B2B, and consumer products across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, Service Based, Procurement, AI Sales Enablement, and marketing. She has worked across startups at various stages: Seed, Nurture, Growth, and Sustain phase and led design processes from high-level concepts down to the smallest UI details. Trupti's competencies include Product Design, Product Strategy, UX Strategy, User Experience Design (UED), User-centered Design, Wireframes, Information Architecture, Design Thinking, Design Strategy, Design Leadership, Visual Design, Experience Design, UX Research, User Experience (UX), Concept Development, and Prototyping. Trupti's past experience includes working as a Senior Product Designer at Copilot AI, where she crafted an extensive competitor analysis, analyzed video landscape opportunities, and designed a new product as the company acquired $250K funding from the Canadian government. She also led the design of the venture team, overseeing all aspects of design culture, setting up a research mindset, and building cross-team strong collaboration with workshops and weekly peer reviews. Trupti holds a Master's degree in Visual Brand design from Domus Academy, an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Ecole Intuit.lab, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology.
