Tulika Roy is an Associate Manager (Technical Recruitment) with a passion for taking on challenging roles in the technical recruitment, startups, and product and engineering companies. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Tulika has found solace in talent acquisition and recruiting, and takes pride in connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Currently working at Carnera, Tulika handles the end-to-end technical recruitment cycle, implements and manages recruitment initiatives, and designs, implements and works on the Plan-of-Action to leverage internal hiring. She also carries out the pre and post-offer formalities. In her previous role as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TeemGenie, Tulika worked towards finding the best talent for TeemGenie and its partners, providing end-to-end services for setting up engineering teams in India. She also worked on leadership hiring, pre-screening and shortlisting, coordination, client engagement, and management, and served as the POC or SPOC between clients and candidates. Tulika has a Master of Business Administration degree in HR from the Prestige Institute of Management & Research and a background in talent acquisition and HR. She is always on the lookout for learning and networking opportunities, and has experience in recruiting for roles such as Database Internals, DSE (Distributed Systems Engineer), Fullstack Engineers, DevOps (Cloud-native), SDET, Backend, and Frontend Engineers.
