With over 11 years of relevant experience in the gaming industry, Tulio is responsible for the production of all the games that Manifesto Games develops. He is passionate about making games and is always looking for new and innovative ways to turn breakthrough ideas into revolutionary games. Tulio has a unique design process that gives Manifesto Games a strategic advantage. He is always willing to ask for a concept and is open to change, making the development process truly agile. He is proud of the fact that Manifesto Games can turn ideas into prototypes quickly, giving clients a better understanding of what they can expect from their games. Prior to working at Manifesto Games, Tulio was the Executive Producer at BigHut Games, where he oversaw the development of mobile games such as Boney the Runner, Redneck Redemption, Alien Jump, Candy Maze, and Know it All. He is also a board member at Raid Hut, where he provides strategic advice to the management team on which games to work on and how to handle digital marketing. Tulio holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where he also earned his Master's degree.
