Tushar Giri is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in Modeling and Simulation, Model-Based Development, System Controls, Testing and Validation, E-Mobility, ADAS, and Embedded Systems. He is currently working as an Embedded Software Engineer for the development of Sensor Data Fusion algorithms for ADAS applications at Bertrandt Group. Tushar has extensive hands-on experience in various tools and technologies such as Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow, AMESim, INCA, DSpace, Targetlink, C/C++, Git/GitHub, Python, Jira, and Microsoft Office. He has a strong background in Energy Management, Controls, System Integration, and Testing and Validation of internal combustion engines and hybrid/electric powertrains. At his current position, Tushar is responsible for developing sensor data fusion-based algorithms in C language, considering the constraints of embedded software. He also performs static (MISRA, Automotive Modeling Rules), dynamic (unit testing), and performance analysis of algorithms. Additionally, he maintains ADAS software development and validation branches under GitHub. Prior to his current role, Tushar worked as a Hybrid/Electric Powertrain Control Engineer and Hybrid Vehicle Control and Energy Management Intern at Laboratoire PRISME, where he was responsible for Requirement analysis, Model-Based Development, and Development of control algorithms for conventional and mild hybrid vehicles. He has also worked on a project related to Turbocharger Efficiency-Inertia impact on HEV Economy and Optimal Control of Mild HEV equipped with an Electrically Assisted Turbocharger (EAT) by using Dynamic Programming. Tushar holds a Master's Degree in Automotive engineering for sustainable mobility from ISAT and a Master's degree in Automotive engineering for sustainable mobility from Polytech Orleans, University d'Orleans. He also has an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from DIT University. Tushar's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Testing, Integration, Python, C, and Computer Vision.
