Tushar Agarwal is a result-oriented software engineer with a passion for developing robotic solutions for both industrial and non-industrial purposes. With over 3.78 years of relevant experience, Tushar has gained expertise in developing software for cobots and mobile platforms from widespread brands. He has developed robotic solutions for various sectors including energy, technology, medical, education, and other industrial sectors, showcasing his wide adaptability to cobots. Tushar's experience does not limit to software development but extends to the planning and implementation of the solution at the customer's facility. He prefers to follow the principles of agile methodology for effective task outcomes. Due to his bachelor's and master's studies, Tushar also has more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing tools and technologies, especially with mechatronics systems and automation. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Technicon a/s, Tushar is responsible for the software development of products specifically designed and developed for customer needs. He has also developed UR+ software for plug and play components as robotic accessories. Tushar is proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java, HMI tools like WinCC and PYQT5, PLC hardware such as Siemens S7-1500 and S7-1200, and communication protocols like Ethernet IP, Modbus, Profinet, and OPC-UA. He is also skilled in simulations using RoboDK, robot programming with KUKA LBR and UR, and embedded systems like RaspberryPi and Arduino. Tushar has previously worked with The Lego Group as a Master's Thesis student, where he developed a smart assistive manual workstation for mass-customized orders using cyber-physical setup. He followed the Scrum Agile methodology to integrate individual sub-components into a smart manual workstation. He also developed a Human Machine Interface (HMI) using a Python-based interactive GUI, which assists the operator by generating work instructions for each customized order. Tushar has also worked as an intern at Uno Minda, where he gained insights to integrate TPM pillars along with Kaizen, SMED, and 5S within the industrial layout in different departments across value chains. Tushar holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Technology from Aalborg Universitet and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (specialization in Mechatronics) from LNMIIT.
