Tushar possesses an understanding of SDLC and principles and has experience with agile-scrum SDLC methodology. He also has experience with learning and adapting the internally developed SDK and frameworks of an organization. Tushar is ready to learn any technologies and frameworks (development, integration, testing, and deployment) as per project requirements. He is keenly interested in software/product development, cloud computing/operations, network engineering/security, and is always ready to solve business problems and develop solutions optimally. Tushar has a passion for exploring/learning/designing algorithms and loves to solve programming challenges and competitive coding. He has a strong tech stack, including software engineering, research science, testing, and integration. Tushar is a quick learner and is always ready to take on new challenges. Currently, Tushar is working as a Member of Technical Staff at VMware. He has also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at the Advanced Technology Group, VMware, where he worked on a project that aimed to extend the capabilities of VMware Cloud Director, a leading cloud service-delivery platform for operating and managing successful cloud-service businesses. Tushar has also worked as a Research and Development Intern at xLabs, VMware's innovation, research, and development wing, where he worked on the xLabs project.
