Tushar Arora is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in management, algorithms, software development, and data structures. He holds a BE(HONS) in Computer Science and MSc(HONS) in Economics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Currently working as a Software Developer Engineer at Publicis Sapient, Tushar is involved in Project 7, which aims to build a super-app by integrating multiple apps on various platforms, including web browser, Android, and iOS, using a proprietary algorithm. He developed this algorithm a couple of years back, which optimizes performance and user experience in the integrated superapp. Tushar has also worked as a Software Developer Engineer at Publicis Sapient in the past, where he worked on several projects, including Order Segmentation App, Currency trade App, Web app, Mobile App, Space ticketing Project, and WOW. He has experience in AWS, Azure, React Native, Java, Nodejs, Javascript, React, Typescript, Pipeline, Jenkins, Powershell, MongoDB, Oracle DB, Storage system, Web Views, IOS App, and AWS Cost savings. Before joining Publicis Sapient, Tushar worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon, where he worked on automating the tax filing process for the company in India. He has experience in Java, JUnit testing, AWS Textract, and AWS supporting services for application development and deployment - S3, SS, SNS, EC2, IAM, etc. Tushar worked on optimizing and refactoring the metrics mailing process for the tax automating system, which reduced the development time from 2 weeks to 2 hours. He also developed a couple of regular metrics mailing services for the monitoring of the system.
