The company is known for providing customized and affordable HR solutions to SMBs across the globe, with an excellent product and great customer service. Tushar's educational background includes an Integrated MTech in Maths and Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his secondary education. Before founding Empxtrack, Tushar served as President of Saigun Technologies, where he founded Saigun Software Systems as a software services company. Empxtrack is a product of Saigun Technologies, which is focused on HR automation and works with many leaders in this area. Tushar also worked as a Consultant and Lead Mentor at Discover Financial Services, where he played a pivotal role in several re-engineering and new development projects.
