Tushar Borole is an accomplished Staff Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the software development industry. He is currently working at Activision Blizzard, where he is responsible for building ads monetization systems that serve over 350 million active users worldwide. Tushar's expertise lies in AWS, search, NodeJS, Javascript, MySQL, Elastic Search, and frontend development. Before joining Activision Blizzard, Tushar worked as a Software Engineer at NPR, where he architected and implemented a new search engine solution from the ground up using Elasticsearch, Node.js/Express, and AWS. He also built a new frontend component for audio archive search using ES6 React/Redux and CSS. Additionally, Tushar created a proof of concept full-stack authentication system to manage KQED membership by linking Auth0 to Salesforce and Eloqua using React, Node.js, Sequelize, and MySQL. He contributed to a precipitation, snowpack, and reservoir API using Python, Beautiful Soup, and MySQL and set up continuous integration for both search services and frontend React architecture using GitHub, CodeShip, and AWS. Tushar also worked as a Software Developer at Nisos Technologies, where he was responsible for integrating Restful API with HTML pages using AngularJS and JQuery. He developed a hybrid mobile app using Phonegap and Ionic Framework and Restful API in NodeJS using Sequelize framework. Tushar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
