Tushar Chadha is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. As the Founder and CEO of People Plus Advisors LLP, he is on a mission to redefine the recruitment experience for both candidates and clients. Tushar's expertise lies in using trend analysis and re-engineering of historical databases, data analytics, and data science to predict the best hires, save cost to hire, and reduce down time to .01% (industry standard is 15%). He is also focused on reducing TAT for leadership hiring to half as compared to the prevailing industry standard by leveraging the best in-house developed technologies. Prior to founding People Plus Advisors, Tushar was the Head of Leadership Hiring (North) at The Adecco Group, where he led a team of seasoned professionals with a focus on middle and senior level hiring. He was responsible for new client acquisition, client mining, account management, building the team from scratch, and team management. Tushar has also worked as a Senior Manager at IndiHire Consultants, where he was responsible for leadership hiring for four Fortune 20 companies, including USA's no.1 healthcare service provider, system integration, big 4 consulting, and the world's third-largest retail company. Tushar's educational background includes an MCA degree in Computer Science from Delhi University and a B.Com. (Hons) degree in Commerce, Accounts, and Economics from the same university. He also completed his Commerce degree from Army Public School in Delhi. Tushar's tech stack includes expertise in data science and integration.
