Tushar's previous experience includes an internship at Brookfield Asset Management, where he underwrote development and acquisition deals in Excel and Argus for industrial assets across the United States. He also worked on the building innovation team, evaluating new technologies for warehouses of the future. Tushar aided in the company's research efforts by analyzing real estate fundamentals for various investments and developed a global consumer market study to help Brookfield with their international expansion. Additionally, he participated in a Big Data initiative by developing automated workflows from SQL, Salesforce, and Yardi databases.
