Tushar Dhote is an accomplished engineering professional with a passion for continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, new product development, lean methodologies, and smart manufacturing. With hands-on experience in executing Smart Factory/IoT, New Product Development, PLM, Process Engineering, Automation, Productivity Improvement, Machine/System Installations, Tushar has honed his skills in operational and process excellence to enhance productivity using DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, six sigma, waste reduction, VSM, capacity enhancement & utilization, continuous improvement, Technology upgradation, Kaizen, poka yoke, cost optimization, and more. Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Tushar is skilled in Lean Manufacturing using DMAIC methodology. He has excellent communication and management skills, which have helped him build robust processes using PFMEA, control plans, DFM/DFA, PFD, Line balancing, OEE improvement, standardizations, SOP & work instructions. Currently working as the Lead of the Continuous Improvement Cell at acg world, Tushar has previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Blue Star Limited, where he implemented LEAN (DMAIC) in manufacturing to improve productivity by removing non-value-added activities. He has also worked as a Design Engineer for Design Excellence at SSA Techknowlogies (P) Ltd. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2011. He has relevant experience of 9.69 years and is skilled in test and infra tech stack. Tushar is an open-minded engineering professional who believes in creativity, innovation, hard work, and perseverance. He has a strong balance between conceptualization and practicality, which has helped him excel in his career.
