He is highly proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, and has experience working with various tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. Tushar is a Google Summer of Code alumnus, having worked with the Python Software Foundation on a project related to improving the performance of the CPython interpreter.
