Tushar has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Tushar has 3.87 years of relevant experience in the field of space technology. As a Program Manager at Pixxel, he ensures that the satellite programs stay within budget and finish on time. He has also worked as a Mentor for STEM Careers at Dweebs Global, a non-profit organization that provides free mentorship, advice, interview preparation, resume editing, and job and academic opportunities in scientific fields across the globe. In addition, Tushar has volunteered his free time as a Pro Bono Teacher at Skype a Scientist, an organization that connects scientists with teachers, classrooms, groups, and the public all over the world. He has conducted multiple Skype sessions to instill scientific curiosity in young minds.
