Tushar Kaushik is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Information Technology and Services. With over 5 years of software development experience, Tushar has a demonstrated history of working on various technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, J2EE, Linux/Unix, and SQL. He is an individual with a keen interest in learning new technologies and is always up for a challenge. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Wipro, Tushar is part of the Alight project, where he is responsible for debugging issues and providing code enhancements related to both backend Rest API (developed in Java, Spring Boot) as well as front-end code (developed in Angular). He directly interacts with the client team to understand their requirements and develops effective code and configuration solutions to meet client needs. Tushar is also responsible for resolving complex technical design issues and facilitating root cause analysis for them. He compiles timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as per need. Prior to Wipro, Tushar worked as a Solution Integrator at Ericsson, where he developed Rest API using the Spring framework. He was also responsible for developing applications for consumption of upstream and downstream systems to Granite and to replace the existing SOAP architecture for better scalability and throughput. Tushar started his career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Ericsson. Tushar holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee University. He also completed his intermediate and high school education from DLF Public School. Tushar's technical skills include Software Engineering, Spring Boot, Spring, Java, SQL, Frontend, Backend, and AngularJS. With 5.36 years of relevant experience, Tushar is committed to enhancing his working capacities and professional skills to serve his organization in the best possible way with sheer determination and commitment.
