Tushar Koul is a Full Stack Engineer at Square with almost 8 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He is currently working as a Senior Engineer at Honeywell, where he is involved in designing and architecting complex modules in iOS. Tushar has also written scripts for automating the build process, signing, and distribution of the app to testers and for demos. He has set up the continuous integration project using Jenkins as part of their agile process. Tushar has mentored teammates on Git and Git branching models. Before joining Honeywell, Tushar was the Braintrust Founding Talent at Braintrust, the first global freelance network controlled by its users, enabled by a blockchain token. Tushar has also worked as an Entrepreneurship Fellow at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management. He researched with a team of MBA graduates to help HP Inc. ideate creative solutions and formulate a go-to-market strategy for emerging IoT technologies in the supply chain. Tushar also collected market insights and pain points by interviewing leaders in different functions of the Bi-Pharmaceutical supply chain, such as procurement, logistics, retail, and packaging. Tushar holds a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of California and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology. He has expertise in Ruby, Mobile, Blockchain, Backend, Web, and React Native technologies. With his strong technical skills and experience, Tushar is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
