Tushar Methwani is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in the field. Currently working at PhonePe, he is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for the company. Tushar has a strong background in software development, with expertise in Spring, Jenkins, Javascript, Kafka, Java, AngularJS, SQL, Kubernetes, MySQL, MongoDB, Spring Boot, and UI. Prior to joining PhonePe, Tushar worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley, where he was part of the securities reference data team. In this role, he was responsible for gathering reference data for different financial instruments from a multitude of exchanges/vendors across the globe. He also worked on upstream and downstream databases critical to the company's operations, ensuring that any discrepancies were resolved in a timely manner to avoid client order rejections. Tushar has also worked as a Software Engineer at EQ Technologic, where he worked on eQ's digital backbone solution - eQubeMI. This solution helped clients to migrate/integrate data from a wide range of applications such as Teamcentre SAP, Sybase, and others. He also helped customers to develop custom for-purpose apps that streamlined complex workflows involving multiple systems to a single page/single click operation. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, which he earned in 2017. With his strong technical skills and extensive experience, he is an asset to any organization he works with.
