Tushar is a highly skilled problem solver with a strong background in scalable system design. With over 8 years of experience in the tech industry, Tushar has gained expertise in maximizing team output through excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Currently working as a Senior Engineer at Ajio, Tushar manages the search component of Ajio.com and ensures that users get relevant products while searching for specific brands/categories. He also provides guidelines and architecture for all search improvements and ensures that systems meet quality attributes such as performance, scalability, security, and maintainability to adopt growth and agility. Tushar's past experience includes working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where he worked on the X-Ray project as a part of Amazon Prime Video. He developed use cases in the backend service to support living room clients and designed different services that could be used to automate most of the data input part for X-Ray. He also worked as an Application Developer at IBM, where he worked in the EAI team for Ericsson client, integrating ERP systems like SAP systems and end-user systems. Tushar has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology. He also holds a ISC degree in Maths and Computer Application from B.V.B Public School and an ICSE degree in Science and Computer Application from B.V.B. Public School. Tushar's technical skills include Search, Software Engineering, Backend, Integration, Test, and Java.
