Tushar P. is a co-founder, Forbes member, innovator, traveler, and angel investor with a passion for building ecosystems that help people grow their careers and build stronger networks. He is the community leader of the Google Cloud Developer Community and Google Developers Group in Indore. Tushar completed his engineering with honors in computer science and engineering from Acropolis Institute of Technology & Research. Tushar started his career at Systango, where he had his best time and met a genuine leader whose actions inspired him to learn more, do more, and become more. He then moved to Diaspark Infotech Pvt Ltd, where he learned a lot but his instinct for a higher standard didn't let him be at peace. That's when he decided to become a torchbearer of his dreams and start his own company, Protonshub Technologies, where he served as president. As a president, Tushar provided leadership, created, communicated, and implemented the organization's mission, led, guided, directed, and evaluated the work of other senior leaders, formulated and implemented the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business, formed, staffed, guided, led, and managed an organization, oversaw the complete operation of an organization, evaluated the success of the organization, and maintained awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape. Tushar is currently an official member of the Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only organization for successful small and mid-sized business owners, where he shares insights on business innovation and technology. He has also worked as a senior software consultant at Diaspark. Tushar has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in computer science from Acropolis and completed his 12th in mathematics and computer science from Shri Vaishnav High Secondary School. He has 7.78 years of relevant experience and is skilled in research science and web technologies. Tushar believes that a person who is happy is not because everything is right in life but because his attitude towards everything in his life is right. He follows his dream and connects with people who have the right attitude.
