Tushar Pruthi is an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in computer engineering and business analytics. With over 7 years of industry experience globally, Tushar has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Workday, SAP, and Amdocs. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Maharastra Academy of Engineering. Tushar has a wide range of technical skills, including Java, Python, SQL, and backend and frontend development. He has experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, and integration. Tushar's relevant experience is 8.86 years. At SAP, Tushar was responsible for diagnosing databases for performance and stability and providing recommendations to optimize them. He also conducted workshops on SAP HANA topics to clients across the world and acted as a liaison/de-escalation architect for critical customers. At Amdocs, Tushar supported production activities of CRM, CSM, and Sub-Admin applications and developed and delivered a tool to support the end-to-end business.
