Tushar Raj is the Founder and Director of Machaxi, a company with a vision to transform the sports industry in India. With 8 years of experience in the tech industry, Tushar has a strong background in software engineering and infrastructure. Growing up in a small town, Tushar was always hyperactive and loved to play sports. However, he struggled to find quality sports infrastructure and training. This experience inspired him to create Machaxi, a premium clubhouse that provides Indians with both quality infrastructure and academic coaching. Prior to founding Machaxi, Tushar worked as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Divisions Maintenance Group and as a Member of Technical Staff at Nutanix. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VIT, where he graduated in 2014. Tushar's technical skills include infrastructure, SDET, and software engineering. He has 8.54 years of relevant experience in these areas. Overall, Tushar's passion for sports and his expertise in tech have come together to create a company that aims to make a positive impact on the sports industry in India.
