Tushar Singh is a certified UiPath developer with over 3.5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He is currently working as a Senior Automation Engineer at Accelirate Inc., where he specializes in Intelligent Automation (RPA+IA), UiPath, and RPA development. Tushar has a strong ability to convert business logic/requirements to automation, making him an invaluable asset to his team. Tushar has delivered numerous RPA projects, including analysis, design, estimation, development, and support of process automation. He has also extensively worked on debugging applications to fix bugs and provide production support. Tushar has experience working with Orchestrator for managing, scheduling, and reporting robots. He is also well-versed in working in an agile/iterative development environment. Before joining Accelirate, Tushar worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Orange Business Services, where he developed automation projects for multiple business teams in the Center of Excellence (CoE) department. He also fully automated the change management system for the Middle East and Africa group of OBS and the ticketing system for the telecommunication department for the France group of OBS. Additionally, Tushar provided RPA training and demonstrations to Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). Tushar also worked as a Robotic Process Automation Consultant at PwC, where he headed clients' calls to analyze the process that needs to be automated. He developed new BOTs and supported 20+ BOTs in the finance department for the client. Tushar also developed a new automation project for the process of client billing for domestic and international clients, reducing the average handling time by 80% and resulting in 50 full-time equivalent savings. He also developed code enhancements for various change requests in existing BOTs in production and fully supported and managed the BOTs in the critical time period of the closing of books in the finance department every month-end. Tushar earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He also attended Indraprastha International School and St Martin Diocesan School. Tushar's relevant experience in the field of software engineering is 4.69 years.
