He has a mix of experience working in Series A/B Product startup, Matured Startup, and big multinational companies. Currently, Tushar is serving as the Director of Engineering at Swiggy, where he is leading a team of 50+ FTE devs, 10+ FTC devs, and 15+ SDETs.
