Tushar Waghe is a highly skilled Production Support Engineer currently working with HCL Technologies. He has over 6 years of experience in the IT industry and possesses extensive knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and SLA/OLA implementation. Tushar is responsible for providing L1 support to users and resolving their queries related to trades. He has hands-on experience with the ticketing tool Service Now and is well-versed with Oracle SQL Database and UNIX/LINUX technologies. Tushar is currently working as an L1 Production Support Engineer for Citi Bank Client under GCASH cluster. He provides email support for corporate clients (Ops user) of Citi Bank and extracts data from SQL Database and required files from Unix server. He has a proven track record of providing timely resolution to user queries and has effectively handled issues related to trades. Prior to joining HCL, Tushar worked as an RF Drive Test Engineer for b4s solutions pvt. ltd. and Pyro Group. He has hands-on experience with XCAL software for JIO (LTE) and has effectively troubleshooted the network of fresh installed sites. Tushar has also conducted RF/EMF surveys for fresh and installed Airtel/Vodafone/Jio operator and has knowledge of software like XCAL/TEMPS/Pocket TEMPS. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Suresh Deshmukh College of Engineering, Wardha, and a Diploma in Engineering from Acharya Shrimannarayan Polytechnic Wardha. He completed his schooling from Anandrao Meghe Vidyalaya. In addition to his technical skills, Tushar possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable him to work effectively with clients and team members.
