Prior to her current role, Twisa worked as an Associate Product Manager at Meesho, where she led on-app recommendations and collaborated with stakeholders across tech, data science, data engineering, business, and monetization teams. She launched recommendations to retarget users for improved rediscovery of previously viewed products, which is the highest converting real estate on the platform. Twisa also launched and iterated on recommendations for substitutes, which included feature-specific relevance and coverage improvements, collaboration with the ranking team on platform-wide projects on optimizing for new conversion metrics, quality, etc. She led problem discovery and roadmap creation for the product area and led cross-pod teams within the shopping experience for collaborative problem discovery on shared problem statements. Twisa influenced leadership and stakeholders to bring together a cross-functional pod for the recommendations charter and mentored product analysts. Before joining Meesho, Twisa worked as a Data Scientist at Target, where she designed personalized offers for loyalty marketing (retention and reactivation) and developed strategies for user selection and offer type and depth design for objectives across target segments to move incremental revenue and reactivation of soon-to-churn users. She also created top-performing offers for yearly mega sale events like Black Friday and Back to School. Twisa holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Surathkal and a High School Diploma in English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from Delhi Public School - Kuwait (FAIPS). With her strong technical background and experience in product management and data science, Twisa is well-equipped to drive innovative solutions and optimize user experiences.
