Twisha Saraiya is a self-motivated and optimistic software engineer who specializes in backend development. With almost 2.5 years of industry experience, she has a strong interest in data pipelines, personalization, and real-time distributed systems. Her primary tech stack includes Java, Spring Boot, Typescript, Nodejs, Kafka, and GCP. Currently working as a Software Engineer 2 at upGrad, Twisha is responsible for providing an enriching and seamless learner experience. She has contributed to the architecture and SQL design for the Microlearn Project and developed microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, MySQL, and Kafka. She has also improved monitoring and tracking of services by integrating them into Instana and has improved the maintainability of progress services by reverse engineering existing legacy code and migrating it into standalone services. In her previous role at Quantiphi, Twisha worked as a full-stack software developer in the Qonversational AI team. She broke down the monolith portal to microservices, developed microservices using Nodejs, Express, GCP Firestore, MySQL, and Pub/Sub, and integrated AI/ML models for workflow orchestration. She also built developer productivity tools to improve velocity and reduce man-hours on ML model development, deployment, and others. Twisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and has completed her ISC from N.L. Dalmia High School, India. She is skilled in various technologies such as SQL, Javascript, Docker, Big Data, Kubernetes, Azure, UI, Deep Learning, Redis, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, MongoDB, Integration, and is a Senior Software Engineer.
