Uday Bhaskarwar is a highly accomplished Group CPO and Member of Board at Thinking Hut, with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. As the Group CPO of iLink Digital, he is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence across the bedrock functions for the iLink group companies globally, including HR, Recruitment, Operations, Admin, IT, Quality, and Branding. Prior to his current role, Uday served as the Founder & CEO and Member of Board at Thinking Hut, where he led the company's efforts to change the world through technology. He was instrumental in developing a parent engagement platform (PEP) for parents with young kids that provided interactive tools, resources, and information to help parents raise their children effectively. Uday also brought strong capabilities to consult clients on various aspects of IT and deliver managed projects. Uday's education history includes a B.Tech. degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, an Intermediate of Science degree in PCM from St. Xavier's College, and a Matriculation degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
