Uday holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. He also completed his HSC in 12 Science from Patuck Polytechnic Trust Patuck Gala College of Commerce.
