Uday Hegde is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor based in the USA who has built numerous businesses with a focus on customer centricity, community, continuous improvement, integrity, and humility. Currently, he is the CEO and co-founder of USEReady, a New York-based company that helps users succeed with data by harnessing modern business intelligence solutions and cutting-edge artificial intelligence platforms. At USEReady, Uday has fostered a strong learning culture and a commitment to fun while solving customer problems, contributing to the community, and continually improving. With almost 21 years of relevant experience, Uday has a proven track record of success in the financial services, insurance, retail, and media verticals. He has partnered with best-in-class BI, data, and cloud products such as Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Informatica, Alation, Collibra, AWS, and Microsoft to deliver results-oriented solutions that ensure customers successfully adopt self-service technologies. Before founding USEReady, Uday worked at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for designing and developing an award-winning market risk platform for the bank. He also built an application for performance, attribution, exposure, and investment guideline calculation and monitoring and designed a risk data mart leveraging Ralph Kimball principles of data warehousing. Uday is also a governing body member of the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program. He holds a post-graduate degree in information technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore. Uday's tech stack includes AWS, Snowflake, and AI, and he has received numerous honors and awards throughout his career, including being a member of the Tableau Partner Advisory Council and winning the System Integrator of the Year award by Tableau.
