Uday Khatry is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer who is currently working as a Tech Lead at Doubtnut. He is a self-proclaimed learner, leader, and programmer, and is always eager to learn and implement new things in his professional and personal life. At Doubtnut, Uday is responsible for managing servers, APIs, and system architecture as the Backend Lead. He has also developed an algorithm for question matching using NLTK (Python library for Natural Language Processing), TfidfVectorizer, and cosine similarity. He initiated Doubtnut's web presence by migrating the video repository to YouTube for monetization, managing the Progressive web app team, and using Google AMP pages for traffic generation. Uday is also actively involved in Growth Hacking and has built a Facebook crawler that crawls all math-oriented groups, parses posts or images, and provides a video solution instantly from their repository after matching the posts or images through their algorithm. Prior to Doubtnut, Uday worked as a Software Engineer at Magicpin, where he built an iOS app from scratch using React Native and worked on the main website and helpdesk. He also built a Progressive Web App for mobile devices using React + Redux. Before that, he co-founded Advisor Circuit and served as the CTO, where he created a career network that provides on-demand career advice from successful individuals. Uday holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from DTU and completed his high school education from Army Public School, Dhaulakuan. He has expertise in Backend, AWS, Web, NLP, Azure, Redux, iOS, Mobile, Python, Java, and Android, making him a versatile and valuable asset to any team. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Uday is a seasoned professional who is always eager to take on new challenges and push his limits.
