Udayan Baidya is a dedicated and skilled Software Engineer II at Microsoft with almost 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He is passionate about software engineering and enjoys converting ideas into products. Udayan is a team player and a problem solver, always striving to improve his skillset and keep an open mind when it comes to learning new technologies. Udayan is proficient in multiple programming languages, including C/C++, Python, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JS, and SQL. He is constantly learning and improving his skills, believing in collaborative work and working as a team to meet milestones. Currently, Udayan works at Microsoft in the Outlook Desktop Engineering team. In his role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining features, fixing bugs, and enhancing internal CI/CD tools/dashboards supporting Linux Kernel Tech. Prior to his current position, Udayan worked at Qualcomm as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer. In his roles, he was involved in developing, maintaining, and debugging all aspects of the Google Pixel software platform for Qualcomm use cases. He was also responsible for analyzing and fixing kernel bugs as they appeared in CI. Udayan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala, where he graduated in 2018. He also attended Holy Cross School Agartala, where he completed his High School education in Science - CISCE in 2014.
