Uddeshya is a highly enthusiastic software developer with a passion for creating solutions that enhance work-life experiences. Currently working as a Software Engineer at UKG, Uddeshya has experience in Java and app development related to HCM & WFM solutions. During his college days, Uddeshya worked on Unity3D, Augmented Reality, Game Designing, and ARCore. He participated in various national and international hackathons with his team and brought laurels to his college. Uddeshya is always eager to learn new technical approaches to create innovative solutions. He has experience working with IBM Tivoli Work Scheduler, Unix Commands & Code, Infra & Jira platform, and Confluence page studies for KTs. Uddeshya has worked with Bitwise as a Project Trainee, where he was part of the Kroger Team. He worked with colleagues on various issues on production as well as on the test environment with the SMEs of the onshore and the offshore team. Uddeshya was also a Core Team Lead at Innogeeks, where he managed the technical events, projects, members, and social media handles. This experience made him highly efficient in managing different tasks at a time and provided him with the experience of working in a large team with varied perceptions, making him capable of leading a great team of tech enthusiasts. Uddeshya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from KIET and completed his High School Intermediate in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lucknow Public College. He has relevant experience of 0.35 years and has expertise in Software Engineering, Java, test, and infra.
