Uddeshya Barnwal is an experienced AI Engineer at Valuence Technologies, with a background in Software Development from Scratch. He holds a Bachelor’s + Master's Degree in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is skilled in Machine Learning, Deep learning, Full Stack Development, Azure Services, and Scrum. Uddeshya is a team player who enjoys building projects from scratch and is always open to experimenting with new ideas. He is inquisitive by nature and seeks to learn new skills and implement them in real life. He has experience working in startup culture and admires the entrepreneurial mindset of solving real-life problems through sustainable and reliable solutions. Currently, Uddeshya is a Student Member at the international student organization - share. He is responsible for strategizing and directing the growth of ShARE IIT Kharagpur and undertaking personal and corporate projects in Finance, Business Strategy, etc. In the past, he worked as a Finance Network Manager at ShARE India, where he worked across Finance, Economics, Energy, Innovation, and Strategy. He undertook several personal and corporate projects as well as mentored a group of 20 Junior Members. He has also worked as a Product Marketing Analyst Intern at Vedantu, where he analyzed marketing and website funnel using the Google Analytics tool to identify the leakage of a potential lead. He helped in analyzing and cleaning their marketing-related database to reduce marketing costs. He designed a marketing funnel(Lead Generating Quiz) and to generate Lead from Social Media Website. He designed a model using Decision Tree, Random Forrest, and used Unsupervised learning to characterize webinar dataset and activity of students into an order of the potential customer.
