Udit Chandna is a seasoned Product Manager with almost a decade of experience in the field. Currently working at SAP, he is responsible for defining the roadmap for the next-generation version of Workforce Analytics, as part of the Successfactors People Analytics team. Prior to this, Udit worked as a Lead Consultant cum Product Manager at Wipro, where he managed the Product Management for Wipro HOLMES Cognitive Automation Platform, an Enterprise Platform for B2B, B2C, and B2E automation deployed in multiple Fortune 500 clients. He established and streamlined Product Management methodology via the application of ISPMA Product Management framework and Agile practices for Engineering teams. Udit also played a crucial role in defining the client engagement framework for HOLMES Platform products and assisted the UX team with Customer Journeys and Interactions for Wireframing and Prototyping. Before joining Wipro, Udit worked as a Sr Business Consultant cum Product Manager at Zensar's Digital Application Services unit, where he worked on cutting edge innovative technologies like Social Analytics, Chatbots, Beacons based Indoor Navigation, and mobile apps. He filed a patent for an innovative retail solution using Chatbots and IoT in the US, India, and South Africa and conceptualized and designed Proof of Concept solutions leading to winning the required client's Request For Proposals. He also developed multi-year Product Roadmaps for Zensar IPs in fields of Social Media, Indoor Navigation, Chatbots, and assisted in Zinnov Consulting assessment of Zensar for featuring in their Zinnov Zones' Digital Retail Services. Udit holds a PGDM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where he scored a CAT percentile of 99.9. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Udit is proficient in various tech stacks, including Product Management, Corpus, Designer, and Mobile, and has relevant experience of 9.87 years. Udit's achievements include being nominated by Zensar for Economic Times Young Leader 2017 and presenting a paper at IIIT Bengaluru on "System for Semi-Automated Chatbots Query Classification Training Corpus."
