Udit Singh is a final year undergraduate from IIIT Gwalior majoring in Information Technology. He is a technophile with a strong foundation in backend engineering and frontend software design. Udit has demonstrated his problem-solving skills by working on several startups, hackathons, and research projects/publications. He has a good understanding of software engineering principles and is an effective communicator. Currently, Udit is working as a Software Development Engineer at Altair. His responsibilities include migrating the existing Hypermesh simulation and enabling simultaneous access on multiple platforms, implementing reusable design components fabricated using Fluent UI, and reconfiguring existing state implementation leveraging different React lifecycles for new use cases. He has experience working with Hyperworks, MS Fluent UI, React, Python, and CPP. Previously, Udit has worked as an intern at BYJU'S, where he developed reusable components to translate design wireframes into website elements and curated the business logic from scratch for slide elements' navigation, eliminating 'revealjs' dependency overhead. He has also worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Grroom, where he performed data annotation, data cleaning, image scraping, and pre-processing for an Artificial Intelligence-based suite of mobile applications. He built, trained, and tested deep-learning models via the darknet framework on a cloud environment for the application. Udit's educational background includes a B.tech + M.tech from IIITM, where he will graduate in 2023. He also attended Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre, Avadhpuri, from 2004 to 2017.
