About

Udit Varma is an accomplished marketing professional with a strong background in management and technical education. He has over 7 years of experience in Market Research, Pre-Sales, Sales & Business Development, and Client Relationship Management in multi-cultural multi-location settings while working for IT product and research firms. Udit has a natural flair for being able to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders for the successful execution of projects. Currently, Udit is working as a Strategic Account Manager for Tax Technology at Clear, where he is responsible for building clear strategic account management. He has grown from a management trainee to a trusted consultant/advisor for its key clients and prospects. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Clear, where he was responsible for Sales and Business Development for the South Region based out of Hyderabad. He handled key accounts from Manufacturing, Pharma, IT/ITES and other Industries for their indirect and direct taxation requirements. Before joining Clear, Udit worked as a Strategic Account Planner in the Risk Management Solutions (RMS) business of Dun & Bradstreet. He was responsible for Supply Chain Risk Management Solutions, Channel Partner Assessment, Compliance Assessment (FCPA/UK Anti-Bribery), and Portfolio Management of existing Key Accounts and also acquisition of New Accounts. He consulted corporate clients, thereby helping them mitigate risk in specific areas of business related to the supply chain. He offered solutions across industries that can be used to mitigate risks arising from vendors, channel partners (dealers/franchisees) or end corporate customer. Udit holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Technology (Information Technology) degree from Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University. He also completed his Senior Secondary School and High School from Sir Padampat Singhania School. Overall, Udit is an articulate and quick-thinking young professional with excellent people skills. He is more than able to aid an organization’s marketing activities with their presentations, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
