Ujjwal Kumar Upadhyay is a Lead Software Engineer with a passion for frontend web development. With over 8 years of experience, he has a strong background in building rich web applications using native JavaScript, HTML5, and other JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, Angular, and Bootstrap. He has also worked on CSS using CSS pre-processors such as SASS and LESS. Ujjwal has experience working on the backend using Python and Kubernetes, minikube, and machine learning with Python. He has also achieved certification on IBM Blockchain. He is currently working as a Technical Lead at Paytm, where he is responsible for coding and heading scrum calls, and guiding the team. He has worked on adding convenience/platform fee related changes for payment gateway and zero/low-cost semi-subvention flow. Previously, Ujjwal has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, where he worked on developing projects using React JS, Sagas, Redux, RTL, TDD, and BDD. He has also worked as a Software Developer at IBM, where he worked on cloud management platforms using Angular and CSS3, creating an ideas submission portal using React and Redux from scratch, and taking part in CodeArena coding competition on Hackerearth wherein he coded using Javascript. Ujjwal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mersa, Ranchi. He also completed his XII from Guru Gobind Singh Public School with a focus on PCM. Ujjwal's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Javascript, Software Engineer, ReactJS, Web, Redux, Frontend, Blockchain, Kubernetes, ML, Backend, AngularJS, Python, test, Mobile, and UI.
