Ujjwal is a highly experienced and accomplished leader in the field of software engineering and IT operations. With over 31 years of relevant experience, he has developed a passion for automation and has successfully implemented it in his work. Currently, he serves as the Technical Operations Leader for Global Business Systems at PwC, where he has infused a culture of innovation and engineering into a team of over 120 members. He has championed the Scaled Agile Framework and achieved 99.99+% availability through standardized DevSecOps-driven automated deployments, proactive monitoring, self-healing remediation, and self-service for customers. His scope of work includes over a dozen global systems with users in 100+ countries and an annual budget of approximately $40M USD. Prior to his current role, Ujjwal held positions as the Enterprise Application Integration Lead and the Global Support Tools Readiness PM at PwC and NetApp, respectively. In these roles, he led the Global Integration Fabric Program for digital transformation of IT at PwC and managed global support tools readiness at NetApp. Ujjwal holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and an MBA in Global Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He has expertise in integration, Java, Python, Golang, and product management.
