Ujwal Vikas Chanda is a passionate and creative software developer with over four years of industry experience. He is currently working as an Information Technology Developer at Canada Revenue Agency - Agence du revenu du Canada, where he has automated exception analysis in the project environment by developing a tool in JavaFX. This tool has saved up to 10 hours of work by completing it in just 5 minutes. Ujwal is also responsible for training fellow teammates on Java, BI Cognos, and JIRA. Prior to his current role, Ujwal worked at IBM as a Software Developer where he automated manual infrastructure tasks by developing Python and Shell Scripts, which saved hours of work. He also gained experience in troubleshooting technical issues and writing technical documents. At IBM, Ujwal learned to design, build, enhance, and maintain web apps and API services based on technical specifications. He also trained recruits and other members of the team about infrastructure and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Ujwal also worked as a Software Engineer at Ersegment, where he gained experience in Agile and Waterfall methods of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). He learned to develop code management tools and strong MS Office skills like Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. He received training to work on multiple programming languages, databases, platforms, and frameworks. Ujwal holds a Master of Applied Computer Science degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Techno. He has a tech stack that includes Software Engineer, infra, Java, Web, and Python.
