Uladzislau Radkevich is a seasoned Lead Software Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Uladzislau has acquired a diverse range of skills and expertise in software engineering, senior software engineering, Spring, Java, and Spring Boot, among others. Uladzislau started his career at Luxoft, where he worked as a Software Developer. During his time at Luxoft, he developed a reporting system for one of the world's major banks. His main technology stack included Java 7/8, Jasper Reports Server, Spring Boot 2, Spring Batch, and his primary responsibility was to develop new and support existing functional for reports side and batch side. Uladzislau also developed new batch applications from scratch. After working at Luxoft, Uladzislau joined Revolut as a Senior Software Engineer, where he continued to hone his skills and gain valuable experience in the field. He was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software systems, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance. He later rose through the ranks to become the Lead Software Engineer at Revolut, where he currently works. Uladzislau holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Security Specialists and Radiophysicist from the Belarusian State University, where he graduated in 2017.
